Welcome to Reapers. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform, mobile application, and community services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website reapers.pk and the Reapers mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Reapers ("Reapers," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
01. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing) to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
02. Account Registration & Security
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at reapers.support@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.
03. Description of Service
Reapers provides a platform for gamers and game developers, including but not limited to:
Public and private chat spaces for gaming communities, clans, and developer discussions.
Uploading, viewing, rating, and reviewing game demo videos and projects.
Listing and discovering gaming tournaments, esports competitions, and developer workshops.
Booking 10-15 minute guidance and mentorship video sessions with verified industry experts.
Connecting gamers and developers for esports teams, game jams, and joint projects.
04. User Conduct & Community Code
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Harassing, abusing, threatening, defaming, or intimidating any user or group based on race, gender, nationality, or gaming background.
Posting unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
Sending unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, automated messages, or bot interactions.
Impersonating any person or entity, probing network vulnerabilities, exploiting bugs, spreading malware, or scraping data.
05. User-Generated Content (UGC)
5.1 Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or display on or through the Service (including game demos, text messages, profile images, and event details).
By submitting content, you grant Reapers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
5.2 Content Moderation & Removal
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, flag, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community, without prior notice.
06. Events & Tournaments
Reapers allows users and organizers to list and host gaming events, tournaments, and meetups. Reapers does not organize, sponsor, or host user-created events unless explicitly designated. We are not responsible for event cancellations, prize fulfillment, rules enforcement, or safety at third-party or user-hosted events.
07. Expert Sessions & Mentorship
Expert sessions (10-15 minute guidance calls) are provided for informational, educational, and networking purposes only. Recommendations made by Experts do not constitute formal legal, financial, or employment advice, nor do they guarantee career or project success.
EXPERT DISCLAIMER: Experts are independent platform members. Reapers is not liable for agreements or disputes arising between users and experts outside of the platform.
08. Team & Skill Matchmaking
The team matchmaking feature is a discovery tool to connect players and developers with similar interests. Reapers does not guarantee team compatibility, performance in competitive games, or formal business contracts between match-made partners.
09. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, icons, UI elements, and branding assets (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Reapers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, REAPERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REAPERS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Reapers, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
